Learning Objectives:

Projects:

  • Coding and proofing various materials for 3 major educational websites.
  • Logging and reviewing footage for PBS television program.
  • Managing inventory and aiding in marketing for online store.
  • Writing and summarizing material for the Web.
  • Researching various topics utilizing the Web.
  • Various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • One year of college with a preferred major in English or Marketing.
  • Comfort with HTML; other coding languages helpful, but not required.
  • Familiarity with the Web and how to use it for research purposes.
  • Interest in marketing and some experience preferred.
  • Comfort with editing and proofreading various written materials.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, following standard grammatical rules.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
  • Spanish skills a plus.
