Learning Objectives:
Gain experience in non-profit member benefits, giveaways, and fundraising

Research other station's benefit programs.
Contact mid-level and sustainer contributors.
Create a series of benefits for WETA members.
Develop and implement marketing programs.
Qualifications:
Three years of college with a preferred major in Marketing, Liberal Arts or Writing.
Proven ability to write and speak persuasively.
Strong understanding and application of computer technology to efficiently accomplish work, using Microsoft Office programs, email, and the Internet.
Excellent reading comprehension
Experience in web research.
Ability to work independently toward defined goals.
