Charles Williams is a voice and opera instructor at the Levine School, who emphasizes that the Levine School of Music is a community music school, and not a conservatory affiliated with any college. "We've got kids on food stamps, and kids who come with chauffeurs," says Williams. "Everybody's welcome."
