The Cathedral Choral Society under J. Reilly Lewis will join Colonel Thomas H. Palmatier and the U.S. Army Concert Band for a special musical tribute to the late Czech President and playwright, Vaclav Havel. Called The Power of the Human Spirit, this free concert will take place at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception on Monday, September 30 at 7:30 pm. Classical WETA’s Bill Bukowski spoke with Reilly Lewis about the musical program that honors the life and legacy of Vaclav Havel.
