Front Row Washington presents Nordic Voices Christmas Festival from the National Gallery of Art.  Recorded December 17, 2006 in the gallery's West Building West Garden Court.

Nordic Voices is a six-voice ensemble whose a cappella singing blends the
techniques of the soloist and the choral singer, and whose interpretations
are at the same time sophisticated and engaging. The group’s
vast repertoire ranges from medieval to modern music. Since its
formation in 1996, Nordic Voices has toured extensively in Norway and
abroad, performing at major festivals and in prestigious concert series.
One of Norway’s best-loved ensembles, it appears frequently on radio and
television as well. It has performed in more than ten countries outside
Norway, including the United States.
