Front Row Washington presents the Philharmonia Quartett Berlin in a recital recorded at Smith Theater, Howard Community College Saturday, January 29, 2011 by Classical WETA's Bruce Cain. The Quartett was founded in 1984 by the principal concertmaster and the string section leaders of the Berlin Philharmonic.
