Front Row Washington salutes "90 Years of New" at the Phillips Collection, as the museum's historic mansion re-opens to the public mid-month following last September's building fire.  Violinist Robert McDuffie is featured in recital with faculty and students from Mercer University's Robert McDuffie Center for Strings.
