The Phillips Collection presents Russian-American violinist Yevgeny Kutik with pianist Timothy Bozarth in a Russian-inspired program of works by Shostakovich, Tchaikovsky, Debussy as arranged by Heifetz, and a concluding Polonaise by Henryk Wieniawski.
