Forgive for sentimentality, but Thus Spake Zarathustra
What is your favorite D.C. area restaurant or chef?
The Caucus Room. Or, I should say, the bone in ribeye at The Caucus Room.
Which is your favorite local museum?
The Spy Museum. It's really fun.
Where do you like to go on your day off?
Day off? Don't my constituents own me? When I have time I work the kinks out of my sprinkler system. It is most therapeutic. You can look back at the end of the day and see something done.
What is your favorite guilty pleasure?
Almond Roca
Which three historical people would you most like to have dinner with?
Ben Franklin, Alexander the Great, and Godfrey de Bouillon.
What is your favorite local sports team?
Salt Lake Jazz, assuming "local" is my locality.
What is your favorite local arts venue?
The Springville Art Museum
What is one thing you'd like everyone to know about your home state?
Utah, and within Utah my District, is the most polyglot and cosmopolitan place in the country.
