Anna G. Eshoo was first sworn in as a member of the United States House of Representatives in 1993, after serving on the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors for 10 years.
Since being elected to Congress, Eshoo has served on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, the Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet and the Subcommittee on Health.
This month, Classical WETA 90.9 FM talked with Congresswoman Eshoo about classical music, her likes and interests, and how she divides her time between Washington, D.C. and her home state of California.
