Exuberant music by 16th- and 17th-century Latin American and Spanish composers for the Christmas season will be featured alongside the lively rhythms of early baroque dances. Folger Consort musicians will be joined by guitar, harp, violin, viol, bassoon and members of the vocal ensemble Cathedra.
