Master Singers of Virginia Christmas Program

The Master Singers of Virginia (MSVA), opens its 19th season with a modern interpretation of a Festival of Lessons and Carols which will be performed at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8 at St. James' Episcopal Church in Leesburg, VA, Saturday, December 15 at Our Savior's Way Lutheran Church in Ashburn, VA and at 5:00 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Upperville. Highlights of the program include Christ-Child’s Lullaby by Gwyneth Walker and Darmon Meader’s arrangement of O Come, O Come Emmanuel. Tickets purchased in advance are $15.00 for students/seniors 65+ and $20 for adults. Tickets are $5 more at the door. Group discounts are available. The Master Singers is the premiere mixed choral ensemble in Northern Virginia, dedicated to bringing the highest quality choral music to the people of the Washington, D.C. region. Directed by Dr. Erik Jones, the MSVA was honored by the Choralis Foundation which presented the group the 2012 Ovation Award for Most Creative Program.
