Ambassadors to Host Cocktail Gala In Support of Young Entrepreneurs

On Wednesday, February 13th, Ambassadors from seven Latin American and African nations will host One Night, One EARTH: A Cocktail Gala In Support of EARTH University. The event begins at 6:00pm and will be held at the Organization of American States in Washington, D.C. Dr. Julie Howard, Chief Scientist for USAID's Bureau for Food Security will give the keynote address, followed by Dr. Franklin Chang Diaz, Former NASA Astronaut from Costa Rica and member of NASA's Astronaut Hall of Fame. The event features light dinner fare, open bar and a chance to network with US agency and government officials including USAID, Ambassadors and prominent environmentalists.
