Join Hearthstone Health and Fitness for the American Diabetes Association’s Diabetes Alert Day! The event will include blood glucose education, nutrition tips for diabetes, exercise recommendations, how to cope with diabetes, tips for living better with diabetes, risk assessment tests and preventative tips for those at high risk for diabetes. Diabetes Alert Day is open to the general public and is free of charge.
