The Great Falls Historical Society is presenting Great Falls Day on Sunday, May 5th, to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the historic Georgetown Pike. This family-friendly festival is from noon to 6 pm, at the Great Falls Grange Park, 9818 Georgetown Pike, Great Falls, Va. 22066. Admission is free.
The festival will feature history tents of the early families of Great Falls, depicting life along The Pike, work at the grain mills, the farms, and everyday life in the village. Live entertainment, food treats from local noted chefs, historic games for the kids, and more, will be part of the festival.
