Ever tried reindeer heart or cloudberry? Two Swedish celebrity chefs, Hans Boren of 28+ and Johan Bjorkman of Kock & Vin, will be taking over The Capella Hotel's The Grill Room for two days only on October 24 and 25--giving guests a chance to try Nordic-specific foods not commonly found in the District. The two chefs will be collaborating together along with The Grill Room's Executive Chef Jakob Esko, who also hails from Sweden.
On October 24 and 25, The Grill Room will be serving multiple-course lunch and dinner collaborations from Chefs Boren, Bjorkman and Esko. The three-course lunch will cost $38, and dinner will be six courses for $88, with an option for wine pairing (both costs exclude tax and gratuity.)
