Sarah Lee Guthrie is the daughter of Arlo Guthrie and the granddaughter of Woody Guthrie, while Johnny Irion is the grandnephew of author John Steinbeck. This husband and wife duo meld his love of rock and blues with her roots of folk and country to develop their own original southern rock sound. Their newest album, Wassiac Way, produced by Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy and Patrick Sansone, finds Guthrie and Irion pushing further beyond their signature sound to showcase the many facets of what they can do.
Guests are invited to explore the museum's 100 rooms and more than 32 secret doors, 60 signed guitars, memorabilia, art and much more before the event begins. Be sure to bring a shopping bag nearly everything's for sale!
