A fragment of the original Star-Spangled Banner serves as a starting point to investigate the broad history and representation of the United States flag as an icon of our nation and its people.

You're invited on Saturday, December 20, 2014 for an evening of praise and worship with the award-winning Northeast Performing Arts Group.  This annual event is celebrated in partnership with the District’s faith-based community and will showcase some of the best gospel artists and liturgical dance ministries in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

FCPS students are in in a dire need for adaquate musical instruments to enhance their fine arts education. In the spirit of the holiday season the West Potomac chapter of the Tri-M music society is holding an instrument drive to help allieviate this issue.
