For The War of 1812 project, WNED invited filmmaker Lawrence Hott and historians to author essays that would explore further the various perspectives on the war.  The British, American, Canadian and Native perspectives all reveal important truths--and myths--about this historic event and the timeless lessons that come with it.  The PDFs here are the collected essays.

The attached file is "A Canadian Perspective on the War of 1812" by Victor Suthren.
