The Lakewood kids celebrate Elwood City's 100th anniversary by putting on a music tribute to their home town. Staging the production, entitled, "O, Elwood!" won't be easy. First, there are creative differences between director Buster and writer Brain. And Arthur, who has been tabbed as the program's singing narrator, can't sing a lick. Larry King has a cameo (in the flesh), interviewing the kids before the show.
