Brian Ganz Chopin Project

Explore Chopin’s gift for composing compelling and perfectly crafted miniatures with pianist Brian Ganz. Back by popular demand, Ganz returns to the Music Center at Strathmore with this third Chopin recital as part of his quest to perform all of the composer’s works over the next decade. Ganz has been a prizewinner in the Queen Elisabeth of Belgium and the Marguerite Long-Jacques Thibaud (Paris) International Piano Competitions. “There isn’t much about Chopin that Brian
Ganz doesn’t know. The pianist has explored the nocturnes, the etudes, the sonatas and concertos and the rest in concerts, master classes and recordings for years now. His delight and wonder in this music seem to grow, apparently without bounds, as time goes on. ” (The Washington Post)
