Asian carp are fast-growing invasive species that for decades have pushed out native marine life up and down the Mississippi watershed. But as state and federal officials spend hundreds of millions of dollars to stop Asian carp from entering the Great Lakes, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is serving them for dinner.
