Volunteer

Volunteer Group Answering PhonesVolunteers play a vital role in the successful operation of WETA. Whether you are answering phones during our pledge campaigns, stuffing envelopes or assisting the staff with special events, volunteers help bring quality programming to the Washington Metropolitan Area.

When you become a WETA volunteer, you support local public broadcasting, meet like-minded individuals and have some community spirited fun.

Group volunteers

Groups and organizations are welcome to answer phones during pledge campaigns. It's a fun way for businesses, service clubs, or just about any organized group to get together to serve our community. Email us or call 703-998-2762.
