Episode 2

Shelagh and Joyce assist a heavily pregnant woman dealing with a severe mold infestation in her new flat. Nancy attends a "Raise the Roof Campaign" meeting against some of her peers' wishes. Trixie takes secret driving lessons from Fred.

While dropping by Edna's apartment to check up on the mother, Sister Veronica overhears a concerning cough coming from Edna's eldest daughter, Tracy. Upon assessing Tracy further, Sister Veronica discovers the young child is struggling to breathe. Edna rushes to call for an ambulance, and Sister Veronica realizes the abundance of black mold covering the child's bedroom walls.

Fred finds a defeated Trixie sitting alone on a bench, and offers her a small bouquet of flowers to cheer her up. She describes to him her rough driving lesson with Matthew that almost ended in near disaster. Fred offers Trixie some words of encouragement — giving her an idea. Would Fred be Trixie's new driving instructor?
