The Missing Lynx

Across Iberia, food chains and ecosystems are being restored allowing endangered animals, including the rarest cat in the world, to flourish.

Staying with their mothers until they’re about 10 months old, Iberian lynx cubs strengthen social bonds and develop physical abilities for breeding and hunting while playing with their siblings.

With the dry, hot Iberian summers, vegetation becomes a tinderbox. With strategic burning, a controlled fire break is created. These fires, burning with 10 times less heat, leave plant roots and soil undamaged.
