A Village Called Versailles

Versailles, in east New Orleans, is home to the densest ethnic Vietnamese population outside of Vietnam. After Hurricane Katrina leveled their community, they banded together to rebuild. But then came immense debris piles and the shocking discovery that the city planned to put a toxic landfill on their doorstep.
